Delivery Fee(s) Reimbursement Program

Effective March 26, 2020 – April 30, 2020


The health and well-being of our residents across all of our communities continues to be a top priority for Elevation Property Management. At this time, we have instituted a reimbursement program that will allow us to go the extra step in ensuring residents have access to nutritional and medically required necessities. Effective today, any resident aged 62 or older that incurs a delivery charge for eligible items (grocery delivery, meal delivery, healthcare issued devices, pharmaceutical medications or devices) will be reimbursed the cost of the delivery fee (if any) for the package sent to our property.


Program Start: March 26, 2020

Program End: April 30, 2020

Eligibility: Tenants aged 62+

Limitations: Up to $10 per delivery per supplier. Limit of one delivery per week per supplier.
