Brad Seehafer is Director of Operations for Elevation Property Management. With over 30 years of operations leadership experience, Brad’s primary focus is to optimize the performance of the team member experience, resident satisfaction, revenue, and profit across the portfolio.  

Before joining Elevation, Brad served as Vice President of Operations for a major hotel brand, where he led operations of the portfolio in the Eastern United States and Canada.  Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1994. He also holds licenses as a Florida Real Estate Agent and Florida Community Association Manager.

Originally from Wisconsin, Brad currently lives in Winter Park with his wife, Lynn, son Max and four pets. In his free time, he volunteers with Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida. He also enjoys traveling, cooking, and music. Brad attends Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church in Oviedo.
