Sherry Herrmann is the Director of Human Resources for Elevation, where she oversees the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development for staff members across all Elevation companies.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources and employee development, Sherry joined Elevation with extensive knowledge of HR management across multiple industries including healthcare and manufacturing. In her time with Elevation, Sherry has brought tremendous value to her role through streamlining the recruitment and onboarding processes and has successfully grown Elevation's world-class talent pool. Sherry believes that a great Human Resources department is here to provide our team members the proper tools, benefits, training, and guidance to excel in their roles.

She earned her MBA from Lynn University and is a certified Myers Briggs Trainer and certified Human Resources Professional. Sherry has lived in Orlando with her family for over 35 years. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to local trivia games and meeting celebrities at conventions.
