Ashley McNeil is Director of Property Management with Elevation, where she leads operations across a portfolio of senior and multifamily communities. In her role, Ashley oversees staffing, training, marketing, leasing, and financial performance for all Elevation managed properties, and partners closely with asset management, development, construction, and marketing teams to ensure smooth community operations.

Ashley brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the multifamily housing industry to Elevation. Prior to joining Elevation, Ashley served in multiple leadership roles with housing providers including as a Regional Manager supervising 10 communities and 2,900 units with a team of 70-plus associates, and later as AVP of Marketing and Development, where she directed marketing strategy for more than 80 multifamily and manufactured housing communities nationwide. Earlier in her career, Ashley held property and community manager roles and was recognized by one employed as the Property Manager of the Year.

Professionally, Ashley is known for spearheading lease-up strategies on new developments, building and mentoring high-performing on-site teams, and implementing the standard operating procedures and best practices that drive occupancy growth and net operating income. Ashley is well-versed in industry-leading technology platforms and brings to Elevation a deep expertise in social media strategy, brand development, and digital marketing through leading digital tools and analytics.

Ashley lives in Oviedo, Florida with her family. She’s a lover of the Florida Keys and enjoys vacationing there as often as she can.
