Brendan Kelly is Director of Investments & Asset Management at Elevation Financial Group where he serves as an integral member of the investments team. In his role, he sources and evaluates investment opportunities from inception through closing, maintains debt and broker-related relationships for the department, and performs due diligence in both the acquisition and disposition processes. Additionally, Brendan has taken on an elevated asset management role, leading strategic operational decision-making and developing plans to improve asset performance within their hold periods.

Prior to joining Elevation, Brendan was a Director of Acquisitions at Mesos Capital where he was responsible for sourcing and underwriting value-add multifamily investments in Florida and the Carolinas. He obtained significant asset management experience in this role, assisting the team in managing over 2,000 units in the Southeast. Brendan also brings extensive institutional multifamily and transaction experience from his time on Walker & Dunlop’s investment sales & advisory team.

Brendan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from the University of Rochester in New York where he was a member of the men’s soccer team. He also holds his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license.

After spending his childhood in St. Louis, Missouri, Brendan is a long-time and proud native of Orlando. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, is an avid sports fan, and loves to travel and learn about history.
