Cely Gonzalez is a Regional Property Manager with Elevation, where she oversees the operations and financial performance of her portfolio. In her role, Cely is responsible for budgeted occupancy, revenue targets, and net operating income across her properties, and she leads the lease-up of her portfolio assets through stabilization. She partners closely with Elevation leadership, on-site teams, and vendors to align property performance with broader business objectives.

Cely brings more than two decades of multifamily and real estate management experience to Elevation. Most recently, she served as Regional Property Manager at a large multifamily housing provider, where she managed a 2,500-unit portfolio of luxury communities across Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. Prior to that, she oversaw the financial and operational performance of a $90 million-plus multifamily portfolio. Earlier in her career, Cely spent more than a decade with a housing provider in Southwest Florida, where she was promoted to Regional Property Manager and helped grow the company's portfolio from 26 to more than 1,100 properties, supporting the launch of three new office locations.

Cely is a Certified Property Manager through the Property Management Academy and a Licensed Real Estate Associate in Florida. She is proficient in industry leading platforms and previously served as an Executive Board Member of the Southwest Florida Apartment Association. When she’s not visiting Elevation’s properties, she enjoys crocheting and spending downtime with her family and her dog Tank.
