Cory Kenning is a Property Accountant for Elevation, preparing financial reports, processing daily cash management activity, and executing payable tasks to maintain strong financial health across a multi-state apartment portfolio. In his role, Cory also prepares annual budgeting estimates and manages corporate expenses. During his tenure with Elevation, Cory has successfully managed the accounting of several properties, helping to position Elevation’s investments for long-term value and sustainable financial growth.

Prior to joining Elevation in 2020, Cory previously managed property accounting for Epoch Residential.

Cory earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Palm Beach Atlantic University, where he played on scholarship for the university’s men’s basketball team. In addition to his academic and athletic pursuits, Cory represented the men’s basketball team on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (NCAA SAAC) and earned his minor in computer science.

Originally from Canada, Cory and his wife Jessica met during college and moved to Orlando together after graduating, settling near her family in Belle Isle.
