Derek Fritsche is a Director of Re-Development for Elevation Commercial Development, the renovation and beautification arm of Elevation. In his role, Derek manages capital expenditure programs for new properties, as well as overseeing physical plant upgrades for existing properties throughout Elevation's portfolio.

Prior to joining Elevation, Derek worked as an installation manager with the largest flooring contractor in the United States, overseeing the company's projects throughout the Central Florida region. He has significant experience within the construction industry, including serving as a site superintendent on renovation projects involving senior assets. In addition to his hands-on experience, Derek values workplace safety, which led him to complete an intensive Occupational Safety and Health Training course.

As a senior in college passionate about fitness, Derek successfully launched his own business, a CrossFit gym, where he served as an owner/operator and head coach for three years. One of his favorite parts of being a gym coach was seeing the positive impact his work had on the lives of his clients and friends.

Derek lives in Orlando with his wife Kayla and their three sons. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering with Forge, a local Christian Men's ministry that he helped found, and volunteering as a teaching assistant at a local tuition-free charter academy.
