Elizabeth "Lizzie" Vazquez is a Controller for Elevation Property Management. In her role she is responsible for preparing financial reports, managing daily cash and payable activity and working with our property managers to maintain the financial health of several properties in Elevation's portfolio.

Immediately prior to her current role with Elevation, Lizzie served for four years as a Senior Accountant at Preferred Apartment Communities, a publicly traded REIT. She returned to Elevation in 2022 following an earlier stint with the company from 2014 to 2017.

Lizzie earned her BSBA from Western New England University in Springfield, MA, with a major in accounting and a minor in business management while also competing as a member of her collegiate volleyball team.

Lizzie currently resides in Black River, NY with her husband Eric and their two children, Cameron and Donovan. She enjoys spending time outdoors, watching her children compete in sports, and playing with their family dog, an English Mastiff named Gus.
