Jose Perez works as a Property Accountant for Elevation, where he is responsible for creating financial statements, carrying out tasks related to accounts payable, and handling daily cash management operations. These responsibilities are crucial for ensuring the robust financial well-being of a diverse apartment portfolio spread across multiple states.

Additionally, Jose takes on the task of developing annual budget projections and overseeing company expenditures.

In 2012, Jose successfully completed his studies and earned a degree in Public Accounting in Venezuela. Before joining Elevation, Jose worked at Kraft Foods International, where he served as a Managing Document Analyst. This experience equipped Jose with a skill set that seamlessly transitioned into his current role as a Property Accountant at Elevation.

Apart from his work, Jose enjoys traveling with his wife and cherishing moments with their family and their "pet kids," a kitten named Asha and a Shiba Inu called Nikko.
