Keara S. Kennedy is the Accounts Payable Specialist with Elevation Property Management. In her role she is responsible for all accounts payable functions for the company including but not limited to processing invoices, cutting checks, and reconciling vendor statements. As part of Elevation Property Management, LLC, this role represents organizational goals, strategy, and values to our vendors, residents, and property teams. Prior to her current role with Elevation, Keara served 8 years at the AAA National Office as an Accounts Payable Analyst and was promoted to Accountant. Keara earned her AS in Accounting and BS in Business Management at Everest University. Originally from New York, Keara is a retired US Army Veteran and currently resides in Winter Park, FL with her husband James III, a US Navy Veteran, and their two children James IV and Jackson. She enjoys spending quality time at home with family and attending her children’s music performances and Taekwondo events.
