Kyle Flahardy is a Fund Financial Analyst at Elevation Financial Group. In his role, he manages fund-level accounting, conducts performance analysis, and collaborates on fund allocation with Elevation’s Investments Team. He ensures seamless fund treasury controls, supports budget creation, and oversees lender reporting for asset loans, ensuring regulatory compliance. Kyle also aids in preparing quarterly and annual reports in collaboration with the Investor Relations team.

Before joining Elevation, Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of South Florida. During his studies, he was an active member of the Real Estate Society at USF and the Investment Club at USF. After graduating from USF, Kyle served as an Intern Analyst at Capital Hall Partners.

               Kyle is originally from the Boston area, and now resides in Central Florida, where he enjoys weight training, surfing, and spending time with friends and family.
