Mary Masyada Mustarde is a Regional Property Manager for Elevation. Since first joining the company in 2009, Mary's core values of integrity and leadership by example have set her apart during her tenure with Elevation. Her strong work ethic and passion for Elevation's mission to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing have made her an integral part of Elevation Management's leadership team, where she oversees a portfolio of properties and serves as a key advisor to corporate leadership and fellow regional managers.

Over the course of her career, Mary has earned several distinctions for her work and expertise on property management, including recognition as a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Certified Manager of Housing. She has experience with multi-layered properties including Section 202, Section 8, LIHTC, HOME and County Bond, in addition to traditional market-rate management.

In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, animals, and spending time with her family. Mary lives in St. Petersburg with her husband and is the proud mother of two children – a high schooler and a U.S. Marine.
