Megan Foppiani is the Corporate Marketing and Leasing Manager for Elevation Property Management. In this role, Megan manages and executes marketing and leasing strategies for properties throughout Elevation’s portfolio. 

Before joining Elevation, Megan worked with collegiate and multi-family management companies in both Property Manager and Regional Manager roles. She has also served as a Marketing Director in the medical and health industry. With a diverse background in leadership, communications, sales, marketing, and property management, Megan has honed her expertise in corporate marketing and leasing. She enjoys training, motivating, and working directly with on-site teams to accelerate lease ups and achieve occupancy goals, driving Elevation’s communities to their highest potential.

Megan is a Florida native and proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communications. She finds joy in giving back and is committed to making a positive impact in her community and donating her time to various non-profit organizations. In her free time, Megan embraces new challenges and experiences. She is passionate about travel, the outdoors, and new adventures, especially spending time with family, friends, and her beloved pets.
