Revel Lubin is People & Culture Strategist for Elevation Financial Group, where he is responsible for developing and implementing human capacity strategies, including workforce and leadership planning, performance management, employee relations, staff development, and organizational design. In his role, Revel serves as a key advisor to company executives and contributes to high-level projects involving investor relations, human resources, and property operations.

In 2019, Revel was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame and named a finalist for the Orlando Sentinel’s Central Floridian of the Year Award.

Prior to joining the company full time, Revel interned at Elevation Financial Group. He previously worked on the 2018 Chris King for Florida campaign.
